How to use –

• Using clean, dry hands massage a small amount of Bumps & Bruises Rub (a little goes a long way) on to the affected area, as required.  Do not use on broken skin and should be used as a short term solution.
• Keep in a cool place, out of direct sunlight.  Best used within 12 months.
